For the South of France and the Alps, You will be the face of Louis XIII in the On-Trade and Independent Retailers Channels to develop the awareness, team knowledge, visibility and sales of LOUIS XIII through training, business solutions and support:  On & Off Trade sales development in the design and execution of commercial plans to create and drive a growth agenda; Ensure customer retention and opening of  new accounts. Drive private sales opportunities to maximize potential in this key region.

Responsibilities

– You will create & develop a compelling and stretching channel strategy to maximize distribution, market share, targeted universe, customer satisfaction  and growth opportunities,

– You will implement volume, distribution, visibility, price and promotion targets in the On & Off Trade outlets by managing the relationship outlets,

– Spokesperson: You will ignite understanding and desire on Louis XIII, create a wide-spread influence offline and online for LOUIS XIII  to stand as an icon of premium Spirits within a key regional landscape, have an equal impact in targeted towns (Monaco, Cannes, St-Tropez, Courchevel…)

– You will ensure that training and advocacy are the name of the game => MasterClass animations & Trade show participation,

– You will achieve Quality – Distribution – Visibility – Persuasion – Price  – objectives at outlet level by taking direct responsibility for customer relationships and leveraging contacts.  You will ensure world-class execution of all programs,

– You will be accountable for supporting the delivery of business performance and financial plan targets for the channel,

– You will record and use CRM data to achieve higher sales efficiency,

– You will ensure effective Sales A&P spend and departmental costs (T&E) and compliance with all processes and procedures within the channel. You will strictly adhere to procedures with regards to ordering, delivering, sampling and merchandising,

– You will determine forecasts and Investment plan, assigning appropriate resources and putting in place appropriate performance metrics,

– You will anticipate trends and factor them into plans,

– You will develop B2B and private sales opportunities across this area according to the high level of HNWI population in the region.

Profil recherché

You will bring a successful experience acquired in commercial roles,

– You have a good understanding of  the spirits industry, the drinks culture, on-trade and retail landscape in the south of France & Alps,

– You will bring your local personal network within existing accounts,

–  You have a client & business oriented mindset, creative, structured, reliable and inquisitive. You have also analytical and synthetic skills,

– You a are client centric, results driven, proactive.
