You will be responsible for Rémy Cointreau portfolio development and safeguard the brand image within Italy & Switzerland, to deliver turnover, profitability & value share budgeted.
You will develop and maintain efficient working relationship with our distributors.
1.Rémy Cointreau portfolio Growth
Strategy:
You will ensure Rémy Cointreau Brands strategy is consitently executed in alignment with global brand objectives and strategies.
Brand:
You will work closely with distributors and Central Western Europe teams to propose specific regionally relevant products /activations and to execute the marketing calendar in a locally relevant way,
Ensure consistency of implementation across the area with regards to product assortment , pricing , marketing calendar,
Report timely on business performance and activities to the CWE Managing Director, in collaboration with other CWE teams members: Finance, Marketing.
Distribution:
You will work closely with distributors to develop and ensure execution of the distribution strategy => To develop visibility & SOM
You will identify the business potential of each RC Brand in the cluster and proposes development plans, oversee the in store execution and check KPIS and productivity and set up sales targets and ensure objectives are achieved.
2.Financial support
You will ensure full P&L delivery across the area with accurate information, within RC internal calendar,
You will ensure the right strategic P&L shifts are executed in the markets in alignment with your MD and regional strategies and search for granular opportunities in the area to gain market share
3.Key Business Processes
Understanding markets dynamics, you will develop new business opportunities & transformational initiatives, support business transformation and ensure the teams act according to the EMEA zone processes with agility principles,
You will ensure the distributors are aligned behind the brand and company priorities and strategy.
Profil recherché
You have at least 10/12 years experience in international sales & Marketing with an experience in the management of distribution networks gained in FMCG,
You have a take charge personality and as a pragmatic person, entrepreneurship and businesses building at heart,
You will bring analytical, synthetic skills and also excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You are fluent in Italian & English.
