Business Account Manager - Brewers

Reporting directly to the Head of RTM & Nationals, you will manage direct and indirect customers in the On Trade Nationals channel specifically looking after brewers and large pub operators. This is a key role in the RCUK sales team covering a number of the largest On Trade groups in the UK including Greene King, CMBC & Wetherspoons.

  • You will account manage On Trade Nationals groups within the Ledger incl Greene King, CMBC, Wetherspoons, Fullers, Youngs,
  • Work with buyers to gain incremental listings of RCUK products, add drink serves to menus and complete tenders when required,
  • Complete project to full map opportunity in Brewers & pub groups and implement in FY2425.
  • You will liaise with Marketing teams within each business to activate RCUK brands & drive ROS,
  • Complete relevant reporting documents to track performance, contracts & spend.
  • Identify & convert new business opportunities.
  • Work with Supply Chain & RTM Teams to ensure excellent customer service

Profil recherché

  • You will bring a seasoned experience in On Trade National Accounts ideally gained in the Spirits industry,
  • You have already an experience directly with some/all of customer base, highly developed influencing and negotiating ability,
  • You have strong ability to build and foster relationships, you have an experience in using data to create convincing commercial propositions,
  • You have shown strong presentation and communication skills and also strong numerical reasoning and analytical skills.
