We are looking for a highly motivated trade marketing manager based in Geneva for travel retail EMEA. This position is a 6 months position to cover maternity leave.
You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders (commercial, retail & education, GTR marketing team and visual merchanidsing etc) for the development, execution of annual marketing plan to increase brand awareness and sell out performance in travel retail EMEA region.
Start: ideally by 15th June 2025, 6 months contract
Responsibilities
Your main objectives are:
– Manage trade marketing for 2 GTR retailers in close collaboration with commercial manager
– Ensure marketing activation is well executed from planning, communication with different stakeholders, managing agencies to final roll out and result analysis
– Manage and monitor trade marketing A&P (planification, PO management, budget follow up, invoicing)
– Gather consumer insights from different resources: sales ambassadors, promoter agency, activation insights, research data to daily communication
– Day to Day tasks (included, but not limited to) :
– support trade marketing, retail, education & commercial team to implement brand initiatives
– coordinate visibility plans with merchandising team, retailers and agency
– Monitor and tracking sell out performance for retailers and brands
– Ad Hoc business analysis/meeting preparation
– managing POS/GWP allocation and follow up
Profil recherché
• You have a degree in marketing or equivalent,
• You will bring a previous experience in trade marketing, experience in travel retail will be a plus
• You are committed, results driven, creative, positive problem-solving attitude
• You have a great attention to detail and analytical
• You are a Team player and good communicator verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, powerpoint)
• Oral and written fluency in English
