HR Business Partner

You will provide full HR support among EMEA region to dedicated teams and leaders as Single Point of Contact. As the company culture ambassador and in close collaboration with EMEA HR Director and Managing Directors, the HRBP ensures qualitative and quantitative services on the entire HR spectrum.  Following regional and group processes, templates and guidelines, the HRBP influences and build relationships with a range of stakeholders at all levels and locations in the organization.

Responsibilities

HR Partnering

Play as a trusted advisor for leadership on the management of their talent such as skills gaps and development needs, team organization succession planning as well as be the go to person for guidance and coaching on people issues, including conflict resolution,

Play an active role as company culture ambassador and company representative internally and externally,

Play an active role in clusters’ management team.

HR Operations

Participate in managing payroll processes and flows in dedicated countries while respecting deadlines,

Participate in establishing clear processes, templates and guidelines to implement internal controls,

Participate actively in looking for optimizations in all areas where possible (RCIMS management, change payroll providers, review flows and takeholders, interfaces),

Manage daily HR operations on request from internal and external stakeholders,

Manage Budget & Reporting monitoring and optimization.

Employee Experience

Manage qualitative HR communication for his/her scope,

Manage Talent Management processes locally and work on/use succession plans and employees next steps,

Ensure a first-in-class entrance and departure management (from the offer to the exit interview) according to regional policies and tools,

Yearly engagement surveys : play an active role in encouraging participation, running workshops based on results and proposing HR improvements.

Recruitment

Manage with hiring managers all the recruitments for positions based in Geneva by following our recruitment procedure from job approval, job briefing, interviews until final decision.

Learning & Development

Organize and manage trainings locally to meet development needs identified (learn on the job, mentorship, external trainings) according to group and regional policies and tools.

Compensation & Benefits

Define and propose employee package in respect of validation matrix defined with C&B and in close collaboration with HRD,

Ensure smooth run of HR yearly processes.

HR Projects

Participate actively in several structuring local, regional and group projects/initiatives in close collaboration with HRD and cluster MD.

People Management

Lead and manage the Office Manager in order to be supported in daily tasks and operations (training organization, internal communication, events…)

Profil recherché

You will bring at least 8 years of experience in HR Management ideally acquired in an international and fast paced environment in a generalist HRBP role ideally acquired abroad.

You have proven skills on being multi-tasking from operations to strategy : organizing HR operations with rigor and high attention to details while bringing ideas and propositions to Cluster Management Team,

You have a solid knowledge in Swiss / EU employment law, personnel policies & procedures best practices,

You are a team player, hands-on, has good communication and ability to adapt to multiple interlocutors, high level of creativity and autonomy.

Fluent written and spoken English and French.
