Trade Marketing Manager

This experienced Trade Marketing role covers the entire Remy-Cointreau UK portfolio, all off trade, on trade, and digital channels, and includes the development of two direct reports.

Based in our London Office (40 Berners St, London W1T 3NA) this role is directly reporting to the UKIN Marketing Director.The main objectives are:

• Supported by 2 direct reports, lead Trade Marketing planning and execution for total RC UK portfolio in all trade channels – on and off trade, e-commerce.
• Be the owner of the commercial planning calendar, lead marketing and commercial teams in delivering to main decision milestones for key customers (range reviews, JBP negotiations, NPD launch planning, performance reviews, etc.)
• Manage a muti-million A&P budget across the brand portfolio and ensure investment choices are aligned to brand objectives and commercial KPIs
• Lead customer-facing brand presentations, assisting and contributing to sales tenders/ new business and activations pitching
• Localise and adapt global brand POSM toolkits to UK channel needs
• Develop local portfolio toolkits, bringing Remy-Cointreau’s and sometimes partner brands together for relevant activations and occasions (e.g. seasonal menus)
• Support the delivery of trade shows – planning, design and execution
• Lead and develop two Trade marketing managers
